"Pros: Big pool with sun beds to chill. Everything pretty clean. Good breakfast. The family dinner was really good! Staff/Family is very nice, they even prepared me a pancake for my bus ride. Comfortable beds. AC worked well. You can book tours and buses through the staff (tours all over Phong Nha are pretty expensive though, you can also just go by yourself in most cases and save a lot of money. Has nothing to do with the hostel). Cons: Wifi didn't work well for streaming. Rental scooters are in bad conditions (as almost everywhere in Vietnam)." ~Daniel
