"Pros: The bungalow itself was lovely and clean, and having our own private bathroom was great. The views were phenomenal from the bungalow. The private balcony was also a nice addition. The pool was lovely and again amazing views. Friendly staff. We did get food poisoning during our stay (not because of this location) but the staff were accommodating and helpful, extending our stay when requested to allow us to recover. Cons: Quite comprehensive building works going on throughout our time which we had not been made aware of ahead of the stay. On some days this went from 7am until about 6pm with a short break in the middle of the day. This was in both the rice fields immediately in front of our bungalow (2 big diggers) as well as the spa area of the homestay. We made a couple of requests of the staff that were left unfulfilled during our stay - one to empty a full waste bin, which we ended up taking out ourselves. The other was to review the water system (soil in the shower, tap barely running) which did not seem to get sorted out before we left. It was also challenging to get to the location via motorbike - steep hill to get down into the valley, one of us had to get off the bike to walk down whilst the other drove for some of it. Food and drink not the cheapest for the area." ~Verity

"Pros: Everything!!! Tom, the host, is always available for you. He can suggest what to do, and help you with everything. Food is delicious, location very nice and swimmin pool very clean. Suggestion rent the motorcycle there." ~Andrea_ino
