"Pros: The hotel was clean, fully equipped, and spacious with a great view of the ocean! The pools are really nice for lounging. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It's located next to many restaurants and convenience stores which was a plus. There's a golf cart that takes you up and down to the entrance of the hotel which was accommodating because the walk if pretty far. Cons: The communications at the front desk was a little bit frustrating. We entered the building and were told to go to the next building to check in.. after talking to (2) staffs they pointed to the building across from where we entered. We finally got into our rooms after 30 minutes. Then, we were told to only communicate thru this app/forum they provided. The following day, we were routed to 2 different buildings just to check out. It was a bit unorganized. There should be a designated building to check in or check out. Or at least, put it on the itinerary of which building is assigned when the rooms are booked. "Pros: NOTHING, the service is really really bad here. we got assigned to random service apartment room which is the same size as regular hotel room. No check in counter or physical staff in this secluded resort. only can contact them by phone. There are about 5 hotel towers and the hotel names are confusing. hotel recpeptionist informed us the hotels are different owners and managements but our hotel assistant told me they are all the same owner. The tower that we check into have a nasty staff that was rude and unhelpful when we need buggy to get out from the hotel. she will answer rudely that she will call for buggy but after 15 mins waiting, the buggy never come. The basin has vomit smell when we wash our hands* Cons: EVERYTHING and the service and staff!!! The staff is very rude* please refer to her photo in the attachment" ~Vernadette

"Cons: Not happy with too many requirements to borrow a towel for swimming pool: need hotel card with a stamp, stamp need to be within days … the staff didn’t make sure the days was correct… I have to go back and forth five times to borrow a towel…" ~Chau

"Pros: I like almost everything 😌 The room was tidy and comfortable. My 4-year-old daughter slept so tight that she didn't want to get out from that room. She felt herself home 🏡 💓. I like the pools, especially the Barpool. So cool and the view from there is just breathtaking🤩😍. The atmosphere at night is so amazing 👏 My husband liked a lot the coffee served there. We loved too the home cinema established in the courtyard , for kids. Moreover, the children playground is a brilliant idea so that kids can have fun during their stay, but unfortunately, my daughter didn't have the chance to play because of her broken arm 😪 Anyway, I am looking forward to coming back to the hotel in the upcoming months or years!🥰🤲 I highly recommend it 👌 Cons: I didn't like too much the food whose prices are very high!! 40.000 vnd for a small bottle of water, that's too expensive! !!! In addition facilities like kids playing area, gym, sauna are not affordable. I would like to experience one of those massages 💆‍♂️ but everything was payable!! During my check out, the staff forgot about my passport and my change, which caused a delay of more than 40 minutes. I could miss my flight because of that.
