"Pros: Our bungalow was very basic but cosy. It functioned on solar power so we had lighting and could charge our phones in the evening when the generator was on. It was close to the shore so the sound of the sea was relaxing. Wendy, our host was very helpful as was Cindy when we needed anything and they cooked lovely meals for us in the evening for a reasonable price. The beautiful beach is 2 minutes walk away. This is a lovely way to experience local culture in a relaxing atmosphere. Transport can also be arranged if you need it and Champagne Beach is a 10 minute walk away. In summary, this is nice for a few days.
Cons: There was no hot water so only cold showers.
We had boiling water in a thermos to make our coffees during the day."
