"Pros: The room is very nice. everything was very tidy and new. Towels ad sheets were very good, also beach chair, umbrella and towels are a plus. It has light and air, the bathroom had everything needed. Though there are things that have to be improved: Light coming through unshade windows, no hooks for the towels. Cons: It´s ok for a two day stay, four days need more space and comfort: U$S 350 per night with No view at all -except the front porch-, no drawers, no place to hang the towels, scarce space to move in a location wich is CLOSE to a nice place but no location at all." ~Argentine

"Pros: Location is good, close to Fresh Market and a nice cafe. The bed would have been comfy if not for all the mosquitos. Cons: Shortly after arriving we took our coffee out to the veranda and as we sat down on separate cushion covered bamboo chairs both my husband and I fell through the chairs! We are not large people. The chairs were rotted and dangerous. The house is not clearly marked even tho we were messaged that it is called 'Bali' we never saw the sign. There is no ventilation in the bathroom as the mechanism to open the window has been tied and nailed closed. This means that when you shower then open the door a cloud of steam enters the apartment. It was so steamy we had to open the windows to get rid of the condensation. This meant more mosquitos came inside so we shut the windows and used the heat pump. Twice in the night we awoke to spray ourselves with bug repellent. Didnt sleep much due to mosquitos and the sound of the hot water overflow on the roof. Same condensation problem when cooking. Also BEWARE of the HOT WATER! It is scalding hot! It only takes a small nudge while bathing to get burnt! There seems to be no meter on the temperature to keep it at a safe temperature. This is on ALL the faucets and shower. There is a convection stove top but no instructions. I googled it. Lastly, there are two bedside lamps one on each side; but there is only one wall outlet so you cant use them both at the same time. One is just for show." ~Deneen
