Cons: strangely renovated as some stuff new and some old and tatty/ work needed in kitchen / silicone mouldy / bathroom bath side needs replaced / carpets in hall tatty / back garden a mess/ and front area a mess/ rubbish lying out the front and back / tv box / front step in loose and tiles hanging off needing repaired"
