"Pros: Nice room. Quite deceptive in the pictures as it’s really quite small. It’s a living room of a terrace house realistically. Enjoyed the stay, you can tell they’ve made a real effort with the decor. Cons: The bath leaked on the floor when it was unplugged." ~Rebecca

"Pros: Modern bathroom, lovely kitchen, lovely little outdoor area for morning coffee, beautiful quality sash windows, internal doors and rear stable door. Cons: Overwhelming smell of curry left over from the previous tenants although not the fault of the owners it had not been addressed as the hob had not been wiped down properly hence lingering smell of curry nor had any neutralising of the smell been undertaken. Floors throughout the main floor were dirty and needed a good deck scrub, sink in bathroom had dirt on the inside edge, bathroom floor had plastic label tag, mop material and general bits all over it. Make shift wardrobe was poor craftsmanship, smell of damp in basement bedroom, bed does not fit correctly in the room leaving little space to get around it at the foot, stair and bedroom carpet made the place feel dirty as were stained. "Pros: The property is central to Windermere town, a five minute walk. The room we had was on the second floor and was nicely furnished with on-suite facilities. It had a double bed which was very comfortable and tea/coffee items and a small TV. Garry the proprietor could not have been more helpful ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse" ~Thomas
