"Pros: Located perfectly to wander into Ambleside centre but far enough away to remain quiet. Spacious enough for a multi generation family of 10. Plenty of secure outdoor space for 2 dogs. En-suite rooms makes a big difference. Property has lots of character. Cons: Exterior grounds need a good tidy up , especially as we go into the summer period . Fridge wasn’t very cold and bottle shelf broken which was a mild annoyance , 2nd drinks fridge would be ideal . Parking : just to clarify that unless you have very small cars , the space of suitable for 3 cars with care , not 4" ~John
