"Pros: Everything about the property we loved! We stayed one night for my other half’s birthday. I messaged to see if it would be possible for balloons to be put in the room. They couldn’t have done enough! They sent me a list of everything that they provided! Even gave us a complimentary late check out! Which was lovely! Very quick replies from the hotel too! Rooms were beautiful! They even had a Dyson fan in the room which was perfect because it was quite warm that day! Hair dryer and straighteners were also provided in the room! The beds were very spacious and comfortable! Great location, just a short walk to the shops restaurants etc. Also it’s a 15 minute drive to Bowness on Windermere lake! Would definitely recommend Kotel Windermere !!!" ~Caley
