"Pros: The owner of the hotel was very courteous and shared his knowledge of the history of the old building.
Newly refurbished interior, bedroom and bathroom were fresh and clean.
Cons: Like all old buildings, the walls of the rooms are thin, so noise can be an issue, although it didn't disturb me. Unfortunately my friend didn't have the same peaceful sleep as myself but you can have these issues anywhere. Good value for money."

"Pros: Great location and had all the facilities we needed, a real home from home. Being on a road trip for a few weeks, having the washing machine was great, especially as there was clothes horse to hang clothes on to dry. Very proactive host who checked we had arrived ok and there were no issues. Very quiet flat with views across the harbour. Perfect location for a couple of nights whilst doing the NC500.
Cons: The shower room was a little small and a few more baking trays/cutlery would have been good."
