"Pros: The breakfasts were very good. The host was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Our rooms were on the second floor so carrying suitcases up was not easy. Our bathroom was small." ~Lesley

"Pros: Location was excellent for us, room was good in that we had booked a normal double and were allocated one with a sea view.Thanks However we often use Premier Inns and room not as good as that and a lot dearer. However Tarbert seems to generally be expensive for the quality of accomodation on offer so maybe value for Tarbert.Carpet in bedroom was a pain carpet with no pattern so marks very visible and shower sealant needs replaced,looking a bit black. Breakfast service was nice pleasant staff but for us the Scottish breakfast was too much of a fry up than being slightly healthier and grilling where possible.Bacon would appear to have been in deep fat fryer until it was like leather.Opted for poached egg the following day, a better choice.
