"Pros: Fantastic location and the property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Very comfortable and great walks just out the door! Shops and cafes just 10 mins walk along the road, or a longer walk out the back over the moor and past the castle. Cons: The property management company - Pillow Partners, were useless. We had one or two minor issues and they didn't answer the phone, or emails ,or whatsapp's for some time, It was 5 days before I actually got to speak to anyone and then they were not aware of the changes to the property, for example they did not know how to control the heating. By the end of our stay they had not got back to us and some issues remained unresolved. This did not spoil our holiday but I wonder what they do for their money." ~Dave
