couldn't have a fire or pizza out doors due to weather. Great showers.

Cons: Was a bit difficult to find the key boxes at first, and another group arrived at the same time, they joined the search too. It was dark when we arrived though.
Light went off a few times I our room for no obvious reason, even if nothing else switched on.
Ground between longhouse and part house became a little boggy with all the rain we'd had.
Could do with a few comfy chairs to relax. Sitting on hard wooden benches with no back support was far from. Ideal for me."

"Pros: This place is located on the road between Rhayader village and the dams. It’s secluded and quiet. The village itself is fairly busy and noisy so the quiet is great.
Our room was at the back part of the house. Very roomy with a huge bed. Everything was clean and very comfortable, other than the bathroom.
The hosts do serve a limited menu dinner which was not outrageously priced and was quite good. Breakfast was excellent.
The hosts, including their old dog, are helpful, friendly and worth a chat.
Cons: The bathroom. Our room was meant, for some reason, for the disabled. Nothing against having such available but it meant we got a stark open shower stuck in the corner of a big empty room, with a tiny sink just above knee height for me. All very clean and all working fine, just not ideal."
