"Pros: The location was good. The cottage is lovely. On the whole very cosy and comfortable. Kitchen is a large space and practical with a good sized fridge and cooker. The bathroom is nice with a good hot shower. Bed linen/ towels good. Cons: The doors handles/ knobs need some TLC ( they can be very difficult to open you needed to use both hands to turn the knobs and they kept sticking and in the case of a fire you could be stuck in the room. The mattress is past its best in the main bedroom. The open fire needs an ash bucket - we wanted to clean it out after use and couldn’t find anything." ~Karen
