"Pros: Booked 3 bed but booking.com didn't update and this was taken,luckily they had another but 2 bed so we agreed to this.was very good communication with extra quilt as one had to them sleep on sofa,hot tub amazing ,bus stop outside 2 pound to go anywhere ,we chose lytham ,great day! Ordered takeaway at night met at the gate which was good. Had wifi kids were buzzing ,definitely.come again as I wanted a chill and o got what I asked for the site is irrelevant as the lodge was as advertised 😊thank you again feel very relaxed and refreshed.
Cons: Great birchwood holiday village needs to be re titled as it a beginning of the end of the country and western site it was ,but be a fantastic new site, no fault to owner there caravan was lively and hot tub amazing,when site is done it will be a credit"

Cons: Such a large property would benefit from another bathroom.
Also there was an iron but no ironing board which made it tricky to iron"

"Pros: The house has an amazing range of activities and facilities suitable for all ages. The grounds are simply superb and you really feel like you could be in an oasis in the middle of the countryside. The outside fire pits areas are extremely well thought out as is the 9 hole foot golf course. All the rooms are ensuite, all the beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. Naturally the hot tub and indoor swimming pool are a massive draw, clean and heated too.
Cons: Feel some areas of the house contain too many items still belonging to the owners and it feels a little cluttered. There is what looks to be extremely expensive crockery in a dresser in the dining room, The main bedroom has a brush, comb and mirror clearly in keeping with the old world feel of the room but not necessarily important when hiring a property. A little unnerving to have the camera facing towards pool and hot tub as well, knowing it is recording your every move."
