"Pros: the views are outstanding.portrush harbour is so beautiful.sitting out side in the Sun shine most of the day. had the fortune to see a dolphin from bed room window first thing in the morning. location is so perfect for all amenities shops and places to eat.would highly recommend this wonderful apartment on the 4th floor. there is a lift so no stairs to climb and secured front entrance.car parking was not an issue.this apartment tics so many boxes. Cons: there is honestly not much to write here I just can't knock this place at all.l would just be nit picking." ~William

"Pros: The apartment looked exactly as the pictures portrayed it so we weren't disappointed upon arrival. We had secure garage parking and a lift to take us from the garage up to the apartment. The building was nicely tucked away from the busyness of the town but close enough that we could drive into the centre in a few minutes. The good sized balcony allowed us to have breakfast outside each morning and we were able to make the most of the lovely sea view." ~Frances
