"Pros: very clean and contained everything you could possibly need for all age groups on holiday.The kitchen was brilliant and well thought out with all the utensils you would have at home.Great size fridge and cooker for any family size.Another great asset was the fact there was a separate shower and toilet downstairs.The heating was all on a timer so need to worry about trying to set it up.We had a family of seven staying and at no time did we feel we were on top of each other. 6 adults and a child so great value as far as we were concerned.A really comprehensive guide to all the equipment in the house and local information provided. Cons: Probably the steps to the garden but we were aware of this on booking and would not have been a problem for the adults." ~Lynne

"Pros: Location, property and views to die for. So good we have booked to return in September. We fell in love with Borth Y Gest. Cons: The horrendous 72 mile (each way!) diversion on the A470..at least a 7 week project via Welshpool. Not a great start. HOWEVER Having to come home" ~George

"Pros: The house was located just a few minutes walk from the bay. It was a typical cottage with a few low door frames which could easily be ducked under if you are tall. The kitchen was well equiped with all the cutlery, crockery and cooking pans you would need for a stay, even a washing machine. The landing at the top of the stairs was on a single step difference in height, but a motion sensitive night light was provided so you could find your way at night in the dark. Our favourite place was the back garden, a real sun trap, and very quiet. Cons: We liked everything, however if you were tall you might have a problem with the low door frames." ~Ian
