Flutes is a self-catering, ground floor accommodation located in Poole, just a few minutes walk to the town centre where guests can visit The Quay and Pool High Street for the shopping centre and various bars and restaurants. Accommodation comes with an open plan living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and Freeview channels, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a hairdryer. Bed linen as well as bath and beach towels are provided. Allocated parking for one car is available in the development. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Brownsea Castle (3 km) and Compton Acres (3.5 km).Southampton Airport is located 50 km away.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Flutes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Quay Holidays will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Children of any age are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 2 years old stay for £18 per person per stay when using an available cot. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
