"Pros: The location was fabulous. A really short walk to the cliffs and the beach. It was really handy having a Tesco express a couple of minutes walk away. The flat was very clean and it was very spacious. Useful having a small entrance hall with laminate so you can take shoes off before going on the new carpet. It was great being able to take the dog. Useful having 2 toilets. Bonus having off street parking Cons: The road was noisy in the bedroom as it is single glazed. You could hear the purple talking downstairs. The apartment was very tired, even though it was cleanly painted, the woodchip peeling at the seams. The kitchen was old and very basic, the extractor was behind the secondary glazing and didn't work so the whole flat smelt. The shower had to be held in your hand and the bathroom had no extractor fan. The parking was round the house so loading the car in the pouring rain was a bit of a pain. Be aware that nothing is supplied eg soap, shampoo etc. Luckily we brought our own plus also brought a handheld hoover (we had a dog!) Saying all that, it was good value for money and met our needs" ~Catherine
