"Pros: Nothing. The whole experience was a nightmare Cons: Arriving with no information on how to enter the building. Contacting via the mobile number provided and being sent to answer machine, after leaving an urgent message to reply but with no response, and sending an email with no response. 4 hours later we try again at property to get in with no luck. Email again and phone the number provided again, this time no voicemail option and decided to keep phoning until I got a response. By this time it's 6.30pm and after over 8 phone calls I get a text from the number. Asking what I wanted. After 10 minutes they give me the information I needed all along to access the building. Once we walk in we realise the apartment isn't what we expected or booked. It's filthy. Both toilets had urine all over and pubic hair. Sofa you nearly fall through so very uncomfortable and unable to sit on to watch tele. Left over rubbish in drawers from previous customers. No free parking available at the property like advertised, we had to pay for a carpark. And finally the bedding. It had a minimum of 5 stains on the fitted sheet..... these were just unwashed sheets. Hairs all over and inside the bed. The bed was also broken on the right side so when you get on the mattress sunk. If id of been able to access the apartment when we initially turned up and not been ignored id of left and found another hotel but with it being late on we had no choice. DO NOT BOOK" ~Liz

"Cons: I have paid for apartment 7 with 2 rooms for 1 week When I arrive there for my check in was not any more avaliable and they give me apartment 5 with 1 room for 3 people!! And on top of that after 2 days they evacuate us on the street saying that we have paid only for 2 days when I have paid for 8 nights!! That's desgusting! They are scammers!!" ~Florin
