"Pros: The host updated us with plenty of notice on how to access the property. They also provided food for breakfast which we appreciated. There was a booklet available on arrival which told us how to work all the appliances and giving us information on the local area and ideas of what to see and do. Cons: The snow!!! "Pros: Excellent value for money family break in a warm and comfortable 150 year old property. Ian met us to guide us to the property and was on-hand at check-out too. A lovely choice of groceries were provided along with the accommodation which was a nice touch. We all enjoyed the reclining sofas to chill out on during a cold February break stay. Nice garden view. Keith has good choice of independent shops. Cons: Nothing. It is an old, great value property so expect the decor to be a little bit dated, but that is not a negative, as it added to the feel of the place." ~Steven
