"Pros: The property is in a good location for exploring Devon.
The addition of the hot tub is great too
The size of the property meant we were able to stay with friends comfortably (4 adults and 5 children)
Cons: Strong smell of damp in the property, and clear signs of damp and mould on the walls too.
Strong smell of oil in the downstairs bathroom.
Rooms not cleaned to the normal standard (hairs clearly on floors)
An electric shower that cut in and out (both in terms of temperature and water flow)
No ability to put on the heating to warm up the property and try to reduce the damp smell
No property guidebook to help guests with key pointers.
Curtains are thin and not good at blocking out the sun light.
