"Pros: Immaculately presented. Lovely building and immediate area. Good sized double bedroom.and more than adequate single room. It's a 1 bath and 1 toilet property rather than 2 bathrooms as in the description. Well equipped kitchen, superb bathroom and all the amenities of home including a large screen TV. Cons: On entry the house was cold as the heating had not been turned on. It wasn't easy to get the heat to work either. I had to alter the timings on the actual boiler myself as there were zero instructions for for anything apart from how to get the key. No contact details were provided either and I had to message via the booking.com website. Phone details were then provided after a few messages but I'd worked out the heating by then. I also had to ask what the wifi code was as it wasn't what was on the router. I recommended a simple fact sheet with salient details which the caretaker / owner agreed was a good idea. No issues with the property itself as shown in the positives. If they can iron out these annoying simple fixes they will have a little diamond on their hands." ~Andrew
