"Pros: Great location on the edge of the village. Easy parking and a lovely garden. The house itself is spacious and well equipped and pleasantly decorated. Everything you needed for a week's stay. We had to call the management company for assistance and they were very efficient and responsive. Cons: It would have been really helpful to have had some information in an easily accessible place for when we arrived. There were installation manuals and manufacturers details for the appliances but no actual operating instructions so we spent the first hour or so working out how to turn everything on. We couldn't get the heating on (it was on auto but the boiler was off and thermostat turned right down, so we couldn't get the boiler turned on, and the thermostat was in a non obvious place) so we had to call for help. Not very welcoming on a cold November evening." ~Frankie
