"Pros: Nothing they cancelled on us last minute.
Cons: Couldn't possibly comment on how nice the place was as they cancelled our booking the morning we were due to stay. I'm still awaiting a full refund and iv sent numerous messages since Friday and they haven't responded to any of them. Do yourself a favour and avoid and save yourself any disappointment. We had some very upset children that were looking forward to going to alton towers at the start of their summer holidays. Luckily we managed to book somewhere else but until we get our refund I'm out of pocket."

"Pros: I honestly couldn’t recommend enough, it was clean and had everything you needed , hosts were amazing, so helpful, even turned the heating on for when we arrived,just what we needed after a full day at Alton towers , it’s only a 30 minute drive from there , so if you are doing 2 days at Alton towers with the family I would definitely book here , fantastic value and so comfortable, my youngest wanted to stay there forever
