"Pros: Loved the location. Filey is an old-fashioned seaside town with friendly people and a good mix of shops. Some were closed (well, January!) but the amusement arcade and doughnut stand were busy at the weekend, and most of the shops were open six days a week. The rooms were nicely set out, clean and well-decorated, and the neighbours were quiet.
Cons: The key location information was very vague and told me to call the owner for details. After a few hours of repeatedly calling, texting and emailing, I got a response; dead easy, keysafe and the code given. Just a suggestion, let hirers know upfront that the key is in a keysafe, code given on the day of/before arrival. Saves a lot of stress."

"Pros: I loved the layout and the spaciousness of the house in such a central and peaceful location. The private and enclosed yard was great for our dog. And there are lots of tasteful touches that made it feel homely and welcoming. We will definitely stay again, as the layout of the property is so good for two families/friends, cooking and sharing meals together but also for private space. I have been staying in Filey for many years and I was delighted with No.5. Thank you."
