"Pros: The location is very good. Cons: It wasn't clean. Toilet roll holder was hanging out of the wall. Both toilet seats were broken and loose. The shower head was leaking in the ensuite. Also of the three patio door glass panels, one was broken. The owner rang the following day to offer his apologies about the glass panel to which I explained about the shower and toilet seats. He straight away got a very polite professional man around to fix these three problems. Some drinking cups were stained and chipped. Both toilet seats were dirty with stains on of which we went out and bought our own cleaning products to rectify these issues. All these issues should have been seen by a cleaning company and easily fixed once found. The owner did say that he would compensate us for our inconveniences but two weeks later, still hasn't." ~Graeme
