"Pros: The property/flat is basically on the third floor and for anyone needing a lift I personally would say this property is not for you. That said you have a well super flat with everything you would need. If we had a gripe it would have been the TV which could have been perhaps newer but it was ok. The views are fantastic over Filey Bay. The flat was warm bright and without any question we would stay again. Cons: TV Possible new single beds but they were ok." ~Stephen

"Pros: The house is in a fantastic location - near the town, gardens and not too far from the stunning Filey beach. It’s huge, with very comfortable beds, and extremely well appointed. A small roof terrace is a lovely plus. The whole place has clearly had a lot of love and care put into it. We greatly enjoyed our stay but there were a few jarring notes. Cons: The standard of cleaning was disappointing: bedside lamps thick with dust, as were other surfaces. Bathroom floors cleaned but not to the edges. The oven was dirty (old chips in it), sticky placemats, heavily tea stained mugs we had to bleach to use. For a house that can sleep 9 people the under counter fridge is just way too small. There is a very small beer fridge but even with that it’s inadequate. The 1st floor sitting room would benefit from having a kettle & fridge in the bar area on the same floor so you don’t have up be up & down the stairs with drinks etc. Each bedroom could use a fan, there’s only 1 small one for the whole house. Towels aren’t provided, this seems very old fashioned for such a luxe property, we hired them for £25. Please just put that on the price and save guests the faff! Only 1 back door key is provided, if you allow guests to use the front door why not trust them enough give them a key?" ~Anonymous
