"Pros: The property was warm and the location was great! The kitchen was well equipped with basics like oil/salt/pepper/coffee. It is right in the heart of Dunkeld so close to the grocery shop, bakery, butcher etc and close enough to walk to various forrest walks! The street is quiet, we slept really well!

"Pros: The location was great, right overlooking the river. The room was very spacious with an excellent ensuite and very comfortable bed. The common lounge was comfortable and relaxed.
Cons: The breakfast was DIY so basically cook your own food from a fridge with packets of half used food from previous guests. The staff don't stay on site so apart from a brief chat when given the keys to our room there was no reception and no explanation on breakfast arrangements. Very much feels like an upmarket youth hostel which doesn't align with the hefty price tag. Not good value for money in our opinion"
