"Pros: The apartment is new, extremely neat and much better than in the pictures. The beds in the two rooms were very comfortable with quality bedsheets and duvets. I liked the fact that the bedrooms had rugs and mirrored wardrobes. The sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable and sleeps two easily. The bathrooms, toilets, kitchen( which by the way is fully equipped) and living room were also spotless and clean. Ike went the extra mile to pick my family members who were also guests in the apartment from their locations in the area when I informed him I would not be with them during check in, and it appeared they were stranded and running behind schedule for the agreed check in time and he also showed them the local nearby shops and gave them the landmarks near the property. Overall, I had no regrets booking this apartment and look forward to staying there again. Cons: The roads leading to the property were closed during our stay and taxis had difficulty getting to the property, so we had to direct our cabs to park in the Sainsbury nearby and then drag our heavy luggages to this location which was not really too convenient. Other than this inconvenience, everything was okay." ~Folashade

"Pros: The place is modern and looks great. It has all facilities one can think of: television, microwave, washing/ dryer machine, oven, kettle, toaster, etc. Perfect for a short stay. Location is great with a lot of options to get groceries or grab something to eat. Nice to have a free private parking spot. Cons: Although a lot of fancy tools are available in the kitchen, it’s missing some basics stuff like a second pan for example. It might be due to previous occupants but this is a real bummer. The kitchen is awesome but we cannot do much with one single frying pan. Apartment was clean but some dishes and cups had some stains. Nothing too bad but yeah we had to clean them again before our first use and it doesn’t really give a good first impression. A lot of littering around the building, not sure why as the neighbourhood looked pretty clean. WiFi is good but unstable. It keeps going down. I had to join a meeting remotely and it kept disconnecting. We felt like we missed a table or something in the room just to put our clothes or our luggage’s on it. We just left everything on the ground which is a bit frustrating. Curtains are broken and aren’t the best. We were missing toilet paper on our arrival. The bed is a bit small and we only had a super warm blanket which is surprising during the summer. But we survived because we had a fan so that was a life saver. Parking is a bit small, three cars can fit but you need to park against the wall. Small detail that was a surprise for us: the place is right next to a cemetery. This might be an issue for some." ~Logan
