"Pros: Lovely location and views. A cosy and safe property. Clean beds with well proportioned rooms. We loved seeing the ducks in the morning, the farm doggies saying hello and watching the cows in the distance! It was the perfect size for our family to use as a base. Would definitely stay again and let other people know about it. Refreshing to have no WiFi, as allowed us to switch off. Cons: Obviously a popular property for good reason; the hosts are friendly and the location is beautiful. The property could do with a little paint refresh, but I'm sure it's hard to do this when it's in use so frequently. A few more drinking glasses would be useful and the gripper on the stairs occasionally caught our feet... but all minor things to what otherwise is a lovely place to stay." ~Ellen

"Pros: The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and greenery. You are pretty much the only humans there (alongside the owners who are there to help with anything but also very aware people will want to visit to just switch off and relax). The only other neighbours are the sheep, birds and cows in a few fields away. The compost loo was absolutely fine and very easy to use. The shower is easy, just warm your free flowing cold water, stick the pump into the bucket of warm water and hey presto - you have a really lovely shower." ~Vivien

"Pros: The hosts were lovely,friendly and clearly very passionate about their property, but also took the greatest care not to impose when checking things like the hot tub levels. The beds are so comfortable and everything was spotless. Oh, and the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a holiday let!! Cons: This is definitely nit picking at this point, the only thing I can possibly comment on is that the shower pressure isn't amazing." ~Heyes
