"Pros: The location was excellent. We did a lot of walking along the coast paths between Clay Next the Sea and Wells and the use of buses allowed us to do linear walks (No need to walk back to a car). Although we didnt know it at the time of booking the CH2 bus for Cromer stopped just a few yards away and sometimes the same bus changed to a CH1 at Cromer and served all stops to Wells next the Sea. The X44 stopped in Mill Road (A 5 minute walk) and covered routes to Sherringham and Norwich. This made the Upper Bakery an ideal location. On-road car parking was easy. Flat 3 was excellent and provided everything one could wish for. The layout was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Cons: These are minor points The TV in the lounge seemed to have a mind of its own at times as did the radio. This was probably because we were not used to operating these models. A folder with the operating instructions for all the various appliances would be useful. An extra saucepan in the kitchen would also have been useful." ~Barrie
