"Pros: Pretty central to all the places we wanted to visit in Bristol, lots of good spots in walking distance. Right outside Turbo Island and there’s a Banksy too which was pretty cool. Apartment was nice enough, had everything we needed. Cons: You definitely get what you pay for. The blind came off the wall before we even set our bags down. Annoyingly we had to make a temporary fix because they didn’t come out to fix it until lunchtime the next day. Even then the customer support team just said that when the maintenance guy went it was already fixed, so good luck to whoever uses that blind next. Also I’ve never had so much and so little communication from a customer support team at the same time. I had constant calls and emails from the support team about the blind but no one that I talked to ever seemed to say anything useful. Most calls were asking questions for things I had already sent over in an email, which was pretty annoying. Also the location is wrong on the map, it’s only like 250 meters down the road, but just in case that matters to anyone else. Other than that it was okay." ~Harvey

"Pros: Amazing place to stay. Great vibes, style and location to where I needed to be. I'll 100% stay here again! Loved it! We stayed in a room with it's own bathroom. Towels and bedding were supplied. Little tea and coffee station and a TV with streaming options came with the room. Everything was really clean. Lots of toilet roll supplied (which can be measly in some places.) All staff on site were amazing, everyone was really smiley and friendly, which added to the amazing vibes of this place. The artwork/graffiti were amazing, lots of details have been put in to making this place super unique, which I loved. It seems very popular with the locals/students, and the tourists were welcomed by the regulars, which was lovely to see. Cons: I was disturbed twice during the night from a loud reception area (the room shared a wall with it.) I put the ear plugs in which the hostel supplied, which was a nice touch. I luckily took an eye mask, which came in handy as one set of lights stayed on in the bedroom despite us trying every switch ro turn it off haha. Those minor things didn't put me off and we loved our stay 😁" ~Amy
