"Pros: The property was what we expected.
Cons: We chose to walk to the property. as we always do but had not anticipated how hilly Bristol is so were a little tired when we got there.
However, the biggest complaint is not about the property but about Booking.com. I have used the site for years and been very happy in the past but this time I was inundated with e-mails. By the end I was so fed up with reading duplicated information that I missed missed the one significant e-mail telling me that the key safe code had changed. I have just checked and the process I had 4 emails on 10th Mar (when I booked), 2 on 22nd, 2 on the 24th, 3 on the 25th, 1 on the 27th and 1 on the 28th - a total of 13 each telling me almost the same information. This lead to me missing the fact that the keycode was changed on the day before we travelled."

Cons: Noise from neighbours at ground floor we were hearing their foot steps
No table to sit to for dining
No dryer in washing machine and no Iron provided
Apartment was in basement floor and entrance laked drainage so during or just after heavy rains we had to jumb to avoid water stagnation infront of entrance, and nothing to see through windows"
