There is a noticeable unpleasant odor in the corridor (I had to use my own perfume to avoid such a thing). 3. The elevator is not working, which was particularly challenging as I had heavy luggage to carry and was not aware of this issue beforehand. I would appreciate it if you could address these problems as soon as possible so I can notify Booking.
