"Pros: Quite an exceptional place. Unlike British apartments I had stayed in before, this was quite spacious with relaxing aesthetics. It had all the necessary facilities and was close to bus stops, the Kew bridge station and shops. The Staff (Sarah) was kind and polite, right from the moment she handed us the keys. It really felt like a home away from home. Cons: The television in my apartment had no signal through my stay. I could only cast my laptop screen on it." ~Jerry
