Riddings Wood lodges feature a fixed double bed and a pull-out, double sofa bed, a separate bathroom with toilet shower & sink and a kitchenette. Units are fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a seating area and a dining area. A combi grill/microwave oven, fridge, kettle and toaster are also provided. There is a large communal firepit with 4 separate barbecue grills. A children's playground is also available at the property. Nottingham is 26 km from Riddings Wood lodges, while Derby is 24 km away. The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport, 39 km from the property.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A maximum of two pets, charged at GBP 3 per night may be booked into the Oak lodge only. This is subject to availability and strictly by prior arrangement with Riddings Wood Lodges directly. Please note that otherwise pets cannot be accommodated in any of the lodges. The hot tub might not be available on last minute reservations.
