"Pros: The location, the amenities available (very good wifi, TV with YouTube access is always nice, washing machine, clothes dryer), the kitchen is generally well equipped, the bed is comfortable. Communication, remotely, goes very well, even in the event of a problem: the water heater was no longer working upon arrival, but it was quickly put back into service thanks to effective communication and dedicated staff.
Cons: There seems to be a problem with the cleanliness. The apartment is generally clean. However, I had to wash all the dishes because they were not very clean (dust stuck by residual traces of grease). There is a significant deposit of limescale in the kettle. Also, the detergent drawer of the washing machine has mold, probably because it remains closed after use instead of being left open.
Generally speaking, I find the price/quality ratio a little high compared to other apartments that are just as well located and equipped (or even better for certain kitchen elements), but nothing prohibitive either."
