"Cons: The reason for 3 points out of 10 is because this flat was busy for my book dates so another flat was proposed by the owner instead of this one. The other flat was very dirty with dust on the furniture, mud under the bed, and mold in the bathroom. Also, the bed linen wasn't fresh and had hair on it so we changed it with one that was available (thank God) in the wardrobe. There is nothing bad in changing a flat but the flat must be in an appropriate condition for living in it. I consider it disrespectful to the guests. Never take another option if it will be proposed and pick another host instead to avoid such unpleasant situations." ~Oleksandr
