I would say that currently this is the very good option for staying in Nikolaev if you prefer proximity to the infrastructure and city center. Spacious apartment with an amazing view of the town and Tcentralny avenue from the windows. A convenient decor and furniture. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just good about this apartment! The apartment was super clean.The apartment are equipped with everything you would need for a living. Perfect location in a quiet and prestigious area of Nikolaev, only 2 minutes away from a big supermarket ATB and City Center. Some nice restaurants just a few minutes away from the apartment. The night city view from the windows is amazing... Will definitely come back again!" ~Anna
