"Pros: The location is noteworthy. Very close to the street with restaurants and shops. A short walk to a first-class beach and close to a 24hr supermarket. Cons: Instructions for how to find the property are not explained well and the host is decidedly unhelpful in guiding guests. She didn’t seem to know any nearby landmarks although she could simply have looked out the window. We have stayed at two of their properties and each time it was VERY difficult to find. The host needs to improve their greeting and check in. After travelling, the guest is tired and probably stressed. The greeting is not acceptable for modern accommodation." ~Bradley

"Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent - easy walk to the central boulevard where there is a great selection of retail and restaurants. It is also a nice place to sit and enjoy the energy of the people of the city who really enjoy using this space. It is also close to the beach which is very nice. Cons: The mattress on the bed was cheap and uncomfortable. only one medium sized, thin duvet was provided which isn't enough to cover two people no matter how much they like each other. When we requested a second, it was delivered without a duvet cover. The shower head is a pinhole style which delivers micro streams of water that aren't pleasant. The shower is OK, but not really enjoyable. In the bathroom there is a North American style plug socket. Whilst it is clearly marked as 220v, some visitors might not understand that you should not plug North American appliances into that socket as they will be 110v and you absolutely shouldn't do that in a bathroom. These are just wrong and unsafe and should be eliminated. There are a number of issues that make the property look and feel old and tired. It is safe and clean but really needs some money spent on updating." ~Bradley
