"Pros: Staff very very helpful, if your receptionist is Lesia, then you are a lucky tourist in Bukovel. She is a very nice, helpful lady. Cons: Toilet and Shower not good, not much ventilation and draining system. Tea and water are missing in the room." ~Muhammad
