"Pros: Good clean place, good location Cons: Almost impossible to find the location. The directions given had street names/number, and a GPS location that were all for the roundabout in the middle of a very large estate. We had to walk around for several hours asking everyone, before someone recognised the photo of the fount door on our directions. Also of the multiple name on the front fence and doors, none were "Island Oasis". NOTE - In St John they only have estates, with limited street names and no numbers.Whoever gave the GPS readings, just keyed in the estate name and read off the map, they obviously had never visited the apartment. The directions should have stated Centreline Rd or Highway 10. Also we found a key lock on the fence that we tried to use to access the keys. After quite while trying to use it we discovered the code was actually for a lock on the door - not a key lock as indicated." ~Keith

"Pros: Beautiful decor. Cons: The property discription did NOT mention that there wasn't air conditioning in the main house. There weren't any windows, just screening running the whole back perimeter of the living area. The only air conditioning was in the two bedrooms which were window units. Finding the location was challenging as well. We asked several locals if they could point us in the right direction, and they could not. The only helpful marker was the white wall across the street from the SDA church. We booked through Booking .com, and after paying with our CC, we were getting so many texts and emails saying we did not pay, please pay the invoice which had no payment link on it no matter how many times we explained we paid through Booking.com and tried to pay their version of an invoice. This was all happening while we were in the middle of a special dinner excursion on another island and it really took away from our evening. We use Booking.com as our preferred platform and have never had any issues." ~Dbarbour
