Basma from the reception team was so supportive at the check-in and check-out
A lot of games and activities for the kids
Cons: Minor comments (not major for me) to set up the expectations of the other visitors and for the hotel to improve:

Facility is a bit old
A/Cs are fine but not in a perfect condition
No iron in the rooms (I understand for safety reasons) but you still need to iron your clothes!

"Pros: Amazing location, great beach with sand, good service and delicious food, especially during the Gala Night.
Greeter at the restaurant was particularly good at their job!
Cons: WiFi reception was very bad in the room.
Staff in the restaurant were pretty friendly towards the German and Turkish families but not very attentive to others.
Animation near the pool was unnecessary loud and annoying.
Bathroom and rooms in general could be renovated already"
