"Pros: We couldn’t find the hotel!!! They didn’t answer the phone!!! One woman first drive us to the hotel. But she couldn’t find it. Then another man drove us around but he couldn’t find it. They called to the hotel but nobody was answering. We paid for nothing!!! After a delay at the Turkish board we were tired!!! Terrible! Cons: No correct address. No communication" ~Harry
