"Pros: I loved the helpful and friendly staff, the well- maintained beautiful gardens, the pools and waterslides for the kids, the orderly beach and above all the cooking and the variety of the food in the buffet - plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, salads, dairy, hot dishes, grilled meat and fish, sweets and desserts, plenty of choice for kids, vegans, allergies etc, all made with love. Turkish coffee at the lounge bar was excellent. I also really enjoyed the sauna and the massage (extra fee but worth it). My son liked the occasional cat or hedgehog on the grounds :) Cons: The elevator in block 8 kept breaking even after multiple attempts at fixing it. The drain in the shower got blocked a couple of times. The alcohol was not too bad, but not great (but I only drink very little and good quality alcohol, lots of other guests didn't seem to mind it)." ~Olga
