"Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the tours booked through the hotel were excellent and fairly priced, and the breakfast was generous and varied. We also appreciated the calm atmosphere and the complimentary coffee and water available throughout the day. A solid choice if you're looking for good service and value. Cons: The Wi-Fi didn’t work well and the room was a bit outdated with some street noise, but overall, the experience was very positive." ~Emanuela
