"Pros: Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need.
- very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in.
- Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert).
- Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area.
- Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-)
- Nice and good quality hammam
Cons: - Arcade was very overpriced
- Laundry service was very overpriced
- Indoor pool was not heated and was too cold voor very young children
- quality of evening shows was very random, sometimes very good with semi-professional dancers and sometimes very cheesy"

"Pros: The room was much better than I was expecting from photos, We changed to this hotel from another one for the last few days and it was just great.. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the receptionist helped me recover my lost wallet from a taxi from 30mins away at 2am (life saver) and Jacob was a lovely bloke, really nice, chatty and helpful. Included breakfast was spot on and close the local bazaar/shopping. All in all just a pleasant and peaceful stay.
Cons: Maybe could do with some new sun loungers I almost fell through the first one I tried to lay on lol."
