"Pros: Lots of things for kids to do, and we loved the kids disco. There was a little Zoo there which we loved. Not sure if it was intentional as nobody cared that the rabbits, chickens and ducks were just wandering about free. The member of staff serving the ice cream and smoothies was so lovely, would greet us everyday. We didn’t do any excursions as there was enough things to do within the resort. We had a lovely family massage in the spa.
Cons: Not really a dealbreaker as i would go again but more of an observation. There was an overwhelming number of Russian guests so a lot of the entertainment was geared towards them. The entertainment staff were from Kazakhstan and spoke perfect English and were visible and nice but with not many English families there to engage with, we did feel like a minority. Like I said despite this I would still go back."
