"Pros: The bath was leaking which caused an accident the bathroom ceiling light was falling out, and at times there was no water or electricity in the hotel and the lights in the hotel room were flickering. Due to the rain, the hotel corridors were leaking, with buckets and towels placed around to catch the water. Even after the rain stopped, the puddles were left unmopped for an entire week. The food was cold, looked nothing like the pictures, and didn’t taste good. There was also a very limited selection of cocktails. The only upside to this hotel is the staff especially the entertainment staff. Very friendly and welcoming will go out of their way to help you." ~Maddison
